Strategic Planning

As we execute our vision to be the leader in the analytics economy and a Tier 1 supplier of analytical solutions to enterprise customers, we will continue to refine our multi-year strategic plan. This process continues into 2018 and will include a cross function of people at Qlik including existing virtual members of the OSM—Pablo Pinillos, James Fisher and Sean Wechter.

Mergers And Aquisitions

This team will engage with strategic market making companies as a strategic peer to provide joint solutions delivering on the promise of the analytics economy. These efforts will be led by Saskia Van De Ven and Mike Foster. Saskia with her global SI and Alliance background will work with senior executives at Qlik and selected market making consulting companies at a strategic level. The regional SI teams will continue to report in and support the geographical businesses. Mike and the Technical Alliance & Partner Engineering Team will join the OSM to focus on the use of Qlik solutions with and on strategic partner platforms.

In 2018, we will drive the M&A activity to support our vision and ensure the execution of this activity will result in a direct contribution to our financial targets. These activities will be done to meet business plan goals including revenue, profitability and synergy targets. Peter Leddy will join the OSM from Industry Solutions and lead the corporate development activity. Pete has a background with working with many partners, numerous Qlik initiatives, as well and supporting M&A transactions. This combination of experiences will ensure that our work in corporate development is efficient and effective.
